The two parties agreed a 2026–2027 framework for monthly copper concentrate deliveries, with grade and impurity indicators settled on arrival assay.
Shenzhen Gymining Co., Ltd. has signed an annual copper concentrate supply agreement with a copper smelter in South China. Under the agreement the company will deliver copper concentrate in monthly lots over the next twelve months, with grade, impurity elements and moisture specified item by item in the contract.
To keep deliveries steady, the company has already secured annual tonnage from two domestic mines and reserved working stock at a port yard. Each lot is sampled and prepared at load port, then re-assayed on arrival by a third party accepted by both sides — that result is the final settlement basis.
A company representative noted that the point of a long-term agreement is not the price but predictability: the mine has a stable shipping plan, the smelter has a stable burden structure, and only then does the trading link in between create value.
